ItemUpgrader

first it works but right now it doesn't do anything. some times it works again but i dont know why. could anyone help me with my problem?

 

Upgrade equipped items

I've done few simple modifications into the main plugin code to make it upgrade equipped items. With this file it:

- Will upgrade equipped items
- Will not sort items (I was too lazy to debug stuff so I just commented it out)
- Will not upgrade items in backpack
- Will raise few exceptions here and there (seems I have nothing to do with those)

In order to install just rename existing ItemUpgrader.cs into something else and copy attached file into ItemUpgrader plugin folder. Use at your own risk as I am no developer at all.

If author will request it - I will remove my file.

sounds awsome, atm, am gearing a new char, when i got the gear i will give this a spin and report back.

 

Highly reccommend this plugin! Ive only used it one night, but it worked and my bot kept going for atleast 12 hours without stopping! Thats way more than I can say about Mr. Gear Buyer.

@Erikem - I wasnt going to test this out until i saw your release of equiped items, and I tried it, and it worked! thanks to you as well man.

I deleted the entire plugin. Redownloaded and installed the new update posted by erikem. At first it worked it upgraded my helm on one set. Now i'm trying to upgrade another equiped set and it is not upgrading. Idk what i did to make it stop working.
Any idea's?

**EDIT**
If you run into this problem make sure you restart HB. Soon as I did, it upgraded helm(already upgraded and then blacklisted that item) and upgraded the next item.

Note: If all items are same iLvl, it will start at helm and walk its way around. Neck-Should-Chest-etc

 

I'd say - if it fails try reloading HB =)

As for the order of upgrade - in my version I disabled sorting of items by ilvl so it will always upgrade starting from Helmet and down through the list.

 

Tested and it worked great! Can't wait until you fix the "equiped-thing"!

 

Have you tried using my modification to the plugin or are there any problems in it?

 

You know that Mr GearBuyer buys gear and not upgrades it right? I have run MrGearBuyer several times without failing.

This is definitively something that should be implemented in MrGearBuyer too make the process even smoother

 

thats the next feature on the list, if i can figure out how to do it right. right after i fix how the homepoint is written to xml.

maybe if the dev of this plugin wants to team up he can drop me a pm.
