Sorry but no, they do whatever they want with the info since its not linked to you in any way. Say for example, they take a snapshot of your processes, but dont have your ip or pc name, how is it linked to you? They still know hb was in your background, so you was botting, cya.

For the rape thing, no comment needed other then that im sure there where sex offenders who walked free just cause of a note or vid agreeing to the "sexual crime" done to them.

Point made here is, the law can be stretched way further then you can ever imagine, if they want it, they will do it. And since they dont need any proof to ban you, you will never ever know.

      Hi,

I can see that you posted with good intentions OP, so I'll spare you sarcasm, however what you've suggested is nonsensical and everything you've said since is utter rhetoric!

Thought, rhyme nor reason have gone into anything suggested.

      Lacking most importantly being reason.

Let's set the discourse of your modal windows and [sic] "Yes/No I work for Blizzard" buttons aside and talk about reason, purpose. There is none. I am not being sarcastic. There is no reason set forth. A 'legal barrier'? There are so many loopholes and gaps -nay, vistas, in your thinking that I am literally dizzy.

Please, bring it back (in your own head) to the purpose. If you did, that is think on it quietly and in your head, think on the purpose, then I think you'd conclude that your suggestions are unnecessary. At which point I'd hope you'd agree, well intended as it may have been, to end this thread.
