Kupper - Demo/Testing

I think it might help to attach Trick Attack, and possibly Suiton, to the DoT required health. Its kind of a waste to Trick Attack something that has 2000 health remaining. Also, the routine will cast Suiton even if you already have the buff, so if you take a couple of seconds to get into position while Trick Attack and Kassatsu are up. I'm not sure if it would be better to immediately go into a Kassatsu Raiton after Suiton, or hold Kassatsu in case you need a second Suiton.

Ah, good catch, I never noticed this. I'll fix it later today probably. I also want to add hp limits to a bunch of things, and add katon so it will do that instead of doton if you have kassatsu or targets have low hp.

 

Were those checks added or is the rotation messing up? Gonna tack on another question which will probably be overlooked. Did you mess with the timings at all on Ninjutsu? It seems like it's slower throwing Mudras out than it was before last night.

 

It was doing that before, but I never noticed or really thought about it and I haven't fixed it yet but I will soon. I didn't do anything with timing. Sometimes it's just slower for some reason, but I hear the same thing from people who don't bot, so it probably just has something to do with ping or server congestion and not the bot or routine.

 

Okay I updated to fix the double suiton thing. Might add the other things I mentioned tonight or tomorrow.

 

Turns out FFXIV was getting DDoS'd last night, that's why there were issues with timing.

 

I have no latency issues and still won't use ninjutsu.

So it came back false when you weren't in a fight, but could have actually cast it by hand? And when it came back true, did it actually cast Ten? I don't know, that's really weird. Maybe try making a fresh install of rebornbuddy in a new folder with no additional plugins or anything except Kupper. I have no clue why it would do that.

 

Is there any way we could work casting Goad on a party member into this? It's a great Routine and I'm using it to rock the dps charts but it would be nice if we could work that in

 

It will cast Ten but then the buff timer just counts down. I don't see ninjutsu after that.

Yeah. I added this. It will only goad DPS jobs that actually use TP like mnk drg brd and nin. You set the TP limit.

 

I think I distinctly remember tanks (can't remember which class) asking for Goad after huge ass AoE pulls in dungeons. I'm not familiar with most of the other classes so I don't know if it's worth noting to throw them on the list or not.

 

Well if it's after a pull then the bot's not going to be doing anything anyways, so there's no point in putting them on there.

 

It was in the middle of the pull when it was requested. Only happened like 2 times, didn't have that many geared tanks doing the runs. I said after, I meant during...my bad.

 

Goad is really something you should manually use seeing as i doubt the bot can tell when an aoe situation would be.
