I don't know if it's good enough.. i only started it, let it fly to that same area (where there are no mobs to skin) And then stopped it.
you are still getting a bunch of errors in your log, can you try singular for me this time? and then do a complete fresh install not installing over the other bot folder and not moving anything to it. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
Oh boy, now it gets funny.. i did as you asked.. but since i lost patience with farming that rugged leather by hand, i bought the last ones on AH.. so when i started the bot, it crafted the last ones, so it leveled up, and want to start at Blasted Lands instead.. then i thought i would try to load the Burning steppes profile, because i had the same error with just that.. but it flew me from Blasted Lands, to Stormwind, to take the portal to Blasted Lands again. Oh wll, i thought, maybe if i load the rugged leather profile instead.. but nope, still wants me to take the portal So i wont even be able to choose which leather i want it to farm :/
you can, but you would have to move to where that profile is specifically and load that profile in a different botbase such as questing or grind bot and not PB. So did it work for you now after fresh install? You did not set up the options in the profile settings so I cannot see if it worked or not. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
OMG, it keeps getting funnier, huh? Since i now had the right amount of leather, to level up, i could move on to next area, and i hope that works.. i haven't tried yet. But tomorrow, i can try and make a new fresh install, set up the profile settings, and try and run the Burning Steppes again, WHILE I'm in the area
Ok now... Fresh install, no files added, using singular, i flew to Burning Steppes, started the burninsteppes.xml profile in GatherBuddy2, and it flew around around in the same area, where there are no mobs to skin. I tried Grind Bot, but that one just printed out a hot spot to go to, over and over again, but my char didn't move. And the [BETA] GrindBuddy, didn't move as well. I hope the log is not full of errors and what not
There is your problem, it is not a gatherbuddy profile silly. You should use grinding or questing. I will go test this right now though just to make sure there is not some issue with the profile. All's well that Heals well, Benyquest
But neither questing or grinding worked.. Quest said that there were no quest in this profile (or something like that), and grind bot just printed the hot spot to go to, over and over again, but did not move and inch Oh, and it was the same area as when ProffesionBot tried to skin there
just tested the burningsteppes profile. Flew to burning steps landed...change bot to "grind bot" loaded burningsteppes.xml from store hit start it ran to the area to kill, killed a wolf skinned him and started on to next wolf to kill. Hmm, don't know what's wrong with mine .. mine just flew up and down in the area to the left of dreadmaul rock, from top to bottom. Thats weird.
yea just for the plain skinning profiles grind bot is what should be used. If it still gives you trouble may be able to screen share or something and I can see it in action. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest

Using this profile right now, and it's working really good mate. One suggestion tho; Is there possible to make like a statuscheck? see how much medium leather he got and whats his goal until moving on to next farming place/make some dirty leather pieces?
if you tick skinning debug to true it will tell you what is farming for, it will not tell you how much more it needs, but when you start the bot up if you have mats list and debug turned to true it will tell you what it needs to farm next and how many of the leathers you have in bags. Working fine, apart from the fact that it's only working on skinning hasn't touch LW at all. When I hit 50 skinning it when and trained for next level and went to new location to skin more....is this normal is it gonna farm a certain amount of this Light Leather then start LeatherWorking or what?
