Just tested it. Works fine with the newest update, scanning and all.

      No errors or problems yet.

Noticed a couple of things while using it after the auroria update. 1 - it crashes when I use the real estate option within a matter of 5-10 minutes. 2 - the trade packs are showing up on my radar but aren't there when I am right ontop of them, however one time the tradepack was there. No big deal just a heads up on a few bugs I found. Everythign else is working great!

      Hi Angry,

Does that exception happen once, or repeatedly?

Does it crash the game, or do the radar and game continue to function?

From what I remember, it happened once, did not crash the radar, but it stopped updating, everything that was on the radar at the time froze in place.

I could still interact, zoom in and out, move it around and open the menu.

Interesting. I've noticed the radar can produce strange errors when it goes under load, this being a new one. I'm guessing it's a concurrency issue with the game running and should happen rarely. If it becomes regular or reproducible please let me know.

After discussion with the Senior Development staff, we sadly have to classify all ArcheBuddy "radar" plugins as hacks.

We cannot allow a radar plugin that shows the user more information that they could fairly obtain by observing the gaming world. By 'fairly obtain', this means the radar may not display 'invisible' entities, or objects outside or behind the player's viewing area.

The ArcheBuddy API does not currently provide the necessary methods that would allow a 'non hack' version of a radar plugin to be created. As such, until this problem can be rectified, we must disallow all "radar"-type plugins.

We are archiving this thread. Hopefully, the problem can be rectified at a later date.
