I just got the same quest today, it is not 100% working it still try to go up the platform from the wrong side. there is only one entrance that you can walk up there. This platform is not reachable by walking. You'll need to use the climbhill behavior to get up there. Take a look at my kobald dailies profile. Edit nevermind, theres one small place where you can walk up. I'll add a manual path there.

I have a profile that teleports me into Mor Dhona and sometimes, about 50/50 I get the following error. I know the hotspot isn't in a place that can't be reached by the bot, but sometimes it gives this as soon as it teleports in.
