      okay....

      Is their anyway I can get a profile that mines just titanium? and where is the best place to mine just titanium? And I am not good at making profiles, is their a tutorial on the basics of making a profile?

      Titanium is far and few inbetween. So you could be farming for a few hours and only get a stack of it, that is why profiles also have saronite because you can at least make money while you are waiting for the spawns to come back.
