Goal: Picking Up Quest - The Secrets of Gorgrond (The Secrets of Gorgrond - Quest - World of Warcraft) : From - Durotan (Durotan - NPC - World of Warcraft) [Ref: "Pickup" @line 1543]

honorbuddy is stuck in thunder pass trying to accept a quest that is not there , i have searched the forums for an answer but no one else seems to be having this problem . I tried to override the profile to skip checkpoints , but it seems that the profile that i am trying to edit has nothing in there about skipping checkpoints

even when i try stop and start the bot it tries going to the same quest , i have deleted the whole file and reinstalled , i have download the most updated version of honorbuddy and still he runs to the same spot to try accepting a quest that isnt there

What's the "Goal" of the bot?
Do you have a log for this?

Third-party combat routines typically cause issues in the questing packs.
Could you try with Singular instead? And if the issue occurs again, could you upload a new log?

As of the new patch, are you (or anyone else reading this) able to confirm if this quest is still broken?

Hmm, it still doesn't make sense that this would be happening for you.
The code to for the bot to 'Go to Draenor' is:

Code:
<If Condition="(Me.Level >= 90 && Me.Level <= 99) || Lua.GetReturnVal<uint>("return GetAccountExpansionLevel();", 0) <= 5">
Which basically what this says is:
"If we are between the level 90 and 99 or if our account expansion level is less than or equal to 5"
Which Legion = 6.

In-game, can you run this and tell me what it says?

/dump GetAccountExpansionLevel();

The gunships are meshed, so movement should be working on them just fine.
Could you perhaps post a log of these issues so I can investigate what's going on?

The error you're having is caused by a corruption in your quest behavior files - as you can see by the error report \Quest Behaviors\QuestBehaviorCore\...
Corruptions in the quest behavior files only occur if your bot had a faulty update or there was some other modifications to the bot files.

A properly done fresh install should fix this issue.
The four times that you've fresh-installed your bot - did you completely delete your bot folder?

The Legion profiles should be doing absolutely every quest in the four major questing zones (not including Suramar.)

If it says "Nothing more to do" - then that should mean that you've completed absolutely every quest there is to do.
However, if this is not the case - then you may need to load each questing zone manually (instead of using the auto-loaders.)

The auto-loader detection logic for determining which zones to quest in isn't perfect - so sometimes the auto-loaders will fail in realizing that there's still quests you need to do in some zones.

It was renamed to "Exodar Scenario" as that's all the profile currently does.
I've not got around to actually developing Suramar yet, sorry.

You may want to request this on the request thread.
The others may be able to figure something out in adding a "skip this quest" button.

I believe there's some notes on the internal tracker regarding this issue.
This can be fixed/prevented on a profile level - but it's widely an issue with the behavior not removing "Running Wild"

For a temporary work-around, you can try using a regular mount.
I'll investigate the tracker to see the status of this and will get it looked into for the next update if the problem is found.

Thanks for the report!

What happen?
The first block suggests that the NPC was not found at the location - did it take time for the NPC to spawn?

Did you happen to manually quest any at all?
This specific quest is what's called a "breadcrumb quest" - which means it will go away if you complete specific quests out of order.

The natural order the bot follows, this quest should not be disappearing.
Either way - I'll see if I can remove this quest from the profile to further prevent this issue.

Thanks for the report!

It logged out for inactivity, but when I logged back in about 10m later, the quest NPC was sitting on a hill in front of it, so I turned the quest in manually, restarted and it has since run perfect give or take standard mob spawn wait times (it waits for things to spawn within a certain range, even if those things have spawned just on the edge of the range.. no problem because it will still kill the ones inside of its range eventually) up to BC so far

Hi Echo,

there is something strange at the beginning of the WOD Alliance - Gorgrond Profile:

The toon just stands infront of Rangari D'kaan and is ready to turn-in "Welcome to Gorgrond"
but waits endlessly.
and here is the original code:

Code:
<While Condition="HasQuest(35033) && !IsQuestCompleted(35033) " >
<!-- Welcome to Gorgrond -->
<TurnIn Nav="Fly" QuestName="Welcome to Gorgrond" QuestId="35033" TurnInName="Rangari D'kaan" TurnInId="80921" X="6758.518" Y="-183.8646" Z="86.4031" />
</While>

how could this ever been working ? :confused:

I deleted the "!" infront of IsQuestCompleted(35033) and char was able to turn in the quest and to continue the profile...

Legion/Highmountain:

Obviously Unitnumer and Questnumber mixed up at line 1396 in Revision 5872
Also it seems to mixed up with former codelines.
Prevents turning in the quest.

Code:
<While Condition="QuestDone(40594)" >
<MoveTo X="3721.273" Y="3931.289" Z="915.0441" />
<If Condition="Unit(97407) != null && QuestDone(97407)" >
<TurnIn QuestName="Justice Rains from Above" QuestId="40594" TurnInName="Lasan Skyhorn" TurnInId="97407" X="3721.273" Y="3931.289" Z="915.0441" />
</If>
<If Condition="QuestDone(97407)" >
<TurnIn QuestName="Justice Rains from Above" QuestId="40594" TurnInName="Lasan Skyhorn" TurnInId="97407" X="3721.273" Y="3931.289" Z="915.044" />
</If>
</While>

Change it into

Code:
<While Condition="QuestDone(40594)" >
<MoveTo X="3721.273" Y="3931.289" Z="915.0441" />
<If Condition="Unit(97407) != null" >
<TurnIn QuestName="Justice Rains from Above" QuestId="40594" TurnInName="Lasan Skyhorn" TurnInId="97407" X="3721.273" Y="3931.289" Z="915.0441" />
</If>
</While>

..to fix it.

Problem: Quest ID Changed
File: [Fly][A - Quest] 96-98 Arak [Kick]

The very first Arak Quest that you get from the board in the Garrison "Arakkoa Exodus" now for Alliance has the same quest ID 36951 like Horde.
The former quest id was 34653.

One problem remains: tested it with both quest ids, but HB3 was not able to pick up the quest from the billboard.

There is a bugged quest, "Blessing of Incineratus" in Nagrand, how do we ignore this quest? It won't continue until this quest is completed... It is where you burn four buildings, but two of them won't burn, I have tried everything as well. Several other people online now saying it is bugged also.

While I am no programmer, I have commented out the quest and switched to local file for now. It seems to be working...

Take that back, I must have screwed something up because now it won't dismount. LOL
