Hello, Ive asked questions a few times now about Mistweavers and this CR but it seems to get buried quickly, so ill ask again! To get the talent Power Strikes to work you need to keep Expel Harm on CD. With all the tweaking I can think of I've yet to be able to get the CR to even use Expel harm, as have other users. Secondly, with the changes to Chi Explosion in 6.1 and it able to be used while casting Soothing Mist. Currently its not been used while casting, I guess it just needs to be updated? Also to get CE working well, should I/we disable Uplift as 1 CE puts more out then 2 Uplifts? Lastly, is anyone having great success in BRF? I'm doing ok, sitting between 25 and 32k roughly @ 670ilvl but nothing ground breaking. Does anyone have settings that are working well? I have a good understanding of the Oracle 2 UI but finding the right numbers for Surging Mist and Enveloping Mist seems to be the only real adjustment? I keep Uplift at about 96% (Jeferys settings) but still dont see amazing results. Thanks
I had the same issue, so when it looks like I should be healing instead of casting wrath, I will just manually cast a Wild Growth usually. Seems to be good enough as long as I have the mana to do it. I thought about enabling Healing Touch as a filler, but so far I haven't needed to. Using the moc talent is nice too, I seem to get a lot of clearcasting procs, and that lets the bot spam regrowth for free. So that helps with the wrath casting as well.
Having all the same issues you have seems not alot of developing for MW in this group druid gets the most work. I hang around 35k hps with alot of manual casting with the CR ilevel 677
dlr, I'm using your latest settings (4_sotf?) from the 27th. I'm an ilvl 670 druid, but my trinkets suck. Caustic healing HC, Winged Hourglass (640). No gold for anything, its an alt on another server that somehow gets more raidtime than my other chars combined. But no way to quickly get some better trinkets on it. I'm healing in a team of a shaman, a paladin, a disc and another druid. Just for background. Sotf, Dream, Germination The mana is awesome. Too awesome, I fear. I literally end fights with full mana and 30k hps. I feel those settings are too restrictive when shit hits the fan (think Blast Furnace or Kromog, or a bad Darmac try). I would go up to maybe 32, 33k dps and still cast wrath nonstop and keep my mana full. Since I have not enough mana regen else, how would I go to tweak the settings? Put "only wildgrowth when sotf" on false, but lower healthpercentage for WG to... 80? 75? I feel like I can and should pull easy 40k hps if not more. I have really good gear outside of the trinkets, and the other druid in the raid usually does ~38k. I just don't know how and what to adjust, what has the biggest impact on stuff.
Hello! just uploaded 5_sotf_doc_moc ( I will proper test them tommorow in heroic BRF). I got 71k HPS with them @ LFR kromog Up overheal settings if u need more HPS / Increase WG to 90%. Try 100 TPS @ Enyo. You wont push 40k easy with 5 heals and less than 30 ppl.
5_sotf_doc_moc has 70% overheal as base and WG 90%. It should eat most of your mana. With Doc + Moc you will heal alot even with 0 mana
5 is looking good, just went into a gruul group with 22 man (2 palas, 2 druids, one holy priest), group sucked we hit enrage twice, i got only bad tranqs off, but 38k with ~25% mana left at 6 minutes. might tweak your 4 with your advice though for fights my group is struggling with (furnace, kromog, flame bender) even though i probably stay at TPS 30... i hope to get the darmac trinket soon =( moc is really awesome though, clarity seems to proc so often!
I will attempt to get a log tomorrow from LFR to show what I'm talking about, but I noticed a weird bug tonight after receiving my 2pc set bonus for Holy Pally. Regardless of my settings for Eternal Flame it started to constantly cast EF at only 1 HP and if I took my 2pc off it went back to casting EF at 3 HP. The 2pc bonus isn't that great, but the stat and ilvl upgrade is decent for me but I can't use it at the moment because of this weird thing with it casting EF at 1 HP. Is this something that anybody else at noticed?
PoM Question Hey all, I just got this routine last week and am having a blast with it. I have a question that is probably very simple. Is there a way to stop my disc priest from hard casting PoM? I have tried different things for the last couple of days but can't seem to get it to stop. Thanks!
You mean only use it with procs from divine insight? Also a little more information is needed. Plus you want to maintain as much uptime of it as possible. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
any update on the mistweaver im ilvl 673 and been using this for my disc / holy specs on my priest . want to try it on my monk so just wanted to know what talents and routine should be used
No, I mean to not hard cast Prayer of Mending at all. Everything that I have read says that PoM for disc is not worth hard casting. The way my set up is now it seems to take a pretty high priority slot and I can't figure out how to lower that. I spread it with the Word of Mending talent anyway and spending a GCD casting them seems like a poor choice when I can cast PW:S or Penance. Though I could be seeing things incorrectly, I would just like to know if there is a way to exclude the spell from being cast. Thanks
You are reading incorrectly then. Because words of Mending casts another prayer of mending spell when you get 10 stacks. There is a whole section for prayer of mending settings and you can disable it completely in the dynamic part of the settings. All's well that Heals well, Bennyquest
