[OrderBot][Gathering] Mega Profile Thread - Leveling, Questing, Farming

No more updated?

 

I'm running the 1-50 mining profile. I don't know why but it started off well, it got to around 8 or 9 and now it is stopping very frequently. I have to stop it, mine a single node and restart it and it runs for a brief period and then stops again. Is this a known issue? Any suggestions on what I need to do to keep it working?

 

trying to use Grade 2 Carbonized Matter [v1.0] -Botany-Grade 2 Carbonized Matter Farming.xml but it farms Crystal...

 

Heyo, I'm using your 1-50 mining profile and it's been working amazing. However, it hit level 16 now, and it uses stealth 24/7... which makes it walk around to the nodes very very slowly. Is this intentional? I restarted it a few times and it still does this

 

Is it gathering for a quest? I don't believe that particular profile contains Stealth for the grinding between MIN quests.

 

Yeah it's currently on the "Getting in Deep" quest

 

Hello there,

I've been running the profile really well but it suddenly stopped working after I tried other profiles, now it says something like this line is making problems :

Here is a log when I start the profile, it teleports to gridania and travels to the botanist guild in front of Leonceault NPC. Then does nothing.

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong? I tried redownloading the Rebornbuddy but still the same.

Have you set the appropriate Gear Set number in the CodeChunks section?

 

Yes I have, I changed it at the beginning of the profile.

EDIT : By the way, I was running the "Botany-1-50 Leveling & Quests" profile.
It does the same if I run the "Mining-1-50 Leveling & Quests" profile, it runs to the miner guild and then teleports back to uldah and runs back to the guild and so on (infinite loop).

 

what is your botany ID

 

Update:

Just so everyone knows, I have no plans to currently update/continue work on these as the time investment already made is too great for what I got out of it.

Feel free to use them as a learning guide for writing your own or whatnot. But I currently don't have the time to level more new characters to collect the data I need to finish Fishing 1-60 or update and fix Miner and Botany for 1-60. Sorry.

 

Attempted to use the Basilisk Egg farming, and it continually collects cobalt ore.. unsure why as the item #s seem to match, tried preselecting etc but to no avail

 

I am getting a lot of "Unable to execute this command while jumping" when going shards/crystals after dismounting.

Any ideas how to fix that?

 

I have the YesTurnin and YesTalkTo in a folder called Custom with the Mining -leveling file and I have that Custom Folder Placed in ffxiv/Botbases

If you have the profile and behavior files in the same dir, try making the behaviors path a period.
Alternatively drop both YesTurnin and YesTalkTo in the RB Quest Behaviors dir and remove the line from the profile completely.. Restart RB and try running it again

 

I don't completely follow what you are saying. But here is what I did. I took the YesTurnIn and YesTalkTo and put them in the RebornBuddy Quest Behavior folder. Now the Bot is starting up and my character is running to a Guild NPC and doesn't do anything. Then it teleports and then runs outside and stand there.

OK edit. I stopped and started it a few times. Now it picked up Miner and ran me outside and stood there. Then I stopped it again and started it and it teleports back inside and runs outside and stands there.

Yah it made my lvl 35 Dark Mage go Lvl 1 nekked and it says Miner.
