Very pissed off atm server im on i was the first to start knocking out the rune cloth bags due to me having a bot with skining and also another bot with tailoring i set the price, other people/bots were buyiing the bags i didnt flood the market or anything - they were my best seller. A few weeks pass by while i concentrate on other bots etc and well i come back to try and sell bags and what do i find not only are other retard bots under cutting the price of what i sold many at but they are doing it with a bag 2 slots bigger, this isnt such a big deal since it was only there cheap start price. But then some complete retard botter under cuts again the price of 14 slot rune cloth bags, slashing 6 g off the price Min, not only that he then doesnt even try and be safe and only list 10 or so bags he lists every single bag he has made in one go.
ye well Botters go from one end of dumbness to the other - for some simple cheap ass things they stick up for a huge amount , and then other things they go and make the price low as shit. i brought a crap load of the numptys bags to re sell only to run out of gold, later i noticed he only had gone and listed even more to sell for the same price, so what i did was relist the bags i brought losing 10 silver on each 1 i brought - and added my own crafted ones in - ha ha ha - some 1 else had also cancelled there auctions and under cut him by a silver . Ho ho ho also tp the guy who started selling nether weave bags for shit cheap ruining the 14 slot bag market ,i also tooka slight loss by all the ones i brought off him i am reselling cheaper ,sold 7 in 5 mins , i lost money but least that tard aint getting more sales!
Every server is different. On mine, Saronite bars sell for twice the vendor price, so I dont vendor em. There's lots of movement too, the other day I was selling fel iron bars for 120G a stack, and they were selling faster than I could re post (only postedl ike 5 stacks at a time at that price, and only listed more after they sold) I try to keep my total # of auctions under 100, and currently only use one auction toon, but I think ill start to use more. I keep it pretty varied, selling stuff from my crafting profs, raw ore, bars, herbs, blues, greens, etc. I dont undercut if the price gets too low, I just wait it out until the prices are back to normal. Occasionally ill buy out the underpriced stuff if its likely that i can resell it for a profit, some idiots post stuff rediculously low... like must be the default price that auctioneer puts in or something (like triple the vendor price?)
