Hi! I just installed this plugin and it's working fine. However, I was wondering if there was anyway to respond back to the whisper (ie two-way chat)? I receive messages without a problem but would really like to be able to respond.
I don't see how they could implement that in that case because Growlbuddy works through Growl which only provides with notifications. So unless there are big changes in the aim of the program ... you should focus on other solutions that you will find in the monitoring section. I have started using this yesterday with 2 teams of 5 toons leveling through dungeons, it's nice ! I receive updates at each level up and if I don't get any then I know some of the wow crashed or something went wrong.
As on the first post you only see how it looks like on android, here is how it looks like on iphone : After a few minutes ...
This plugin works great! A couple of requests: -Report to Prowl on Iphone if user acquires an epic piece of gear -Report BG wins/losses and how much honor acquired since turning on bot -Report exp / hour for leveling up Also, I don't think the plugin reports the number of deaths accurately, or I'm reading it wrong. It does report when the death occurs, but as you can see in the screenshot in the post above me, it increments by 10? If I'm reading it wrong, please tell me! Thanks for the hard work!
When i look at Growl for Windows and unter the Tab "Network" i want to add a forward notification to "notify my android"...but theres only for Iphone via Prowl and Windows Phone via Toastie. Where is the notify my android (NMA) option for that? :/ Anyone got a detailed tutorial how to set up this plugin for android?
Consider the fact that I only used it on Android. Then look at the instructions and download the second thing on the list. That might help
Well, when i open that link i get a 404 error. I've read your "guide" multiple times... 404 - File or directory not found.
I think you'll find then that that is completely out of my control. That's a third party requirement and will never work on android without it. It's also a wide spread issue on that site none of the local hosted forwarders work. You'll have to wait for them to fix it.
