I could be wrong, but I think this is a CC issue, not a plugin issue. At any rate, my DK does this too (FPSWare DK).
Is there a way to make this not focus one person? I have it set to density I think but it will still focus one person. For example, he will focus a team mate and follow that person instead of staying with a group where a fight is going on. Even if I manually move him back towards the group he will turn around and go back to following that one person that's not fighting.
Do you change your follow distance in Squire.Settings.cs? If so I changed it, but it still says since i'm melee it will follow at 10. I have it set to 15.
There is 2 files, which one should I use? Squire-1000.zip (5.8 KB, 1808 views) Squire-0101.zip (6.9 KB, 1046 views) ?!?!
My guess is 1000, since its bigger than 0101. I get the following error when trying to use this plugin. Code: Plugin from C:\Games\Priest_2.0.0.4991\Plugins\Squire could not be compiled! Compiler errors: File: Squire.cs Line: 325 Error: 'Styx.Helpers.StyxSettings' does not contain a definition for 'UseExperimentalPathFollowing' and no extension method 'UseExperimentalPathFollowing' accepting a first argument of type 'Styx.Helpers.StyxSettings' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) Also, what is so worrisome about this "Dance" in WSG? It's very minor and doesn't cause much of anything. It barely lasts past 2 sec. AND after that the only place it really does the "Dance" is by the GY. I wouldn't stress it and go to the extent of disabling this wonderful plugin. P.S. The latest update is 0101 I'm 90% sure if anyone is curious.
P.S. The latest update is 0101 I'm 90% sure if anyone is curious.[/QUOTE] thank god someone told me. i assumed 1000 was the latest since it would be higher in version number
My apologies. There was a typo in the filename of the archive uploaded that has been the source of confusion regarding what is the most current version. This has been corrected. Thanks, Bobby53
Bobby I use Lazy Raider and shamwow for my shaman. I dual box bgs quite a bit. The problem I have with lazy raider is I want it to heal my dk exclusively. Will Squire allow me to set my shaman to heal just me? I noticed in the notes I can set it to follow my focus that I set on my shaman. But by setting my dk as my focus will it set him as the main guy to be healed? Thanks for your work and time attributed to your profiles/cc's.
Infantryme, Thanks for the post. The question of choosing heal targets is a function of the CC, not the Bot or Plug-in. I have already implemented support for what you requested as part of the next version of ShamWOW. Should be out by Monday. Good luck with your DK and Shaman, Bobby53
Would it be possible for Squire to favor the flag carrier in Twin Peaks and WSG? When I'm botting a healer, often the best strategy is to stick with the flag carrier. Also, if there's not combat going on, the bot can get spotted by the person it's following. If it would stand still if the target doesn't move in a 60 yard radius it would be better.
