i'm working on the Plugin so far. I will release a new Plugin today "Autoanswer" maybe someday i will merge it

 

Hello everybody

a new Version is here. Just Replace the current Version, recompile and enable it.

Features:

• Realm of the toon
• Faction of the toon
• Health of the toon
• Current Power (Mana, Focus, Rage, Energy)
• Current Zone
• Current Money in Copper
• Lootlist is here

This is all in the Database for now i hope the homepage will be finish soon, i will release a new Version of the FormsApplication today and will work on the App after that to get it work in it.

I have updated to the latest version, but am not getting the features above, are they implemented in this watcher.exe or is that what is coming in the next version

 

The features have been implemented in the plugin WatchMyToon.cs and are posted to the mySQL Database but I don't think he has released an updated Monitor.exe or Android App yet to support them.

 

Hm... it just trows me connecting errors. I tried 2 different hosts and none worked out. I am positive i made correct db settings. Using win 7 64bit. Any tip?

edit: it worked ok on third host. Works nice. Pitty there ain't any support for iphone push.

I've followed all the steps, but the DSN won't connect for some reason, any ideas?

 

Any info on if it only supports the default mysql database port or if you can add port after server address?

 

I wanted to test this today, but I can't set up my connection on the updater ... I created a db on cwcity.de, I can successfully access the db via phpMyAdmin but when using my config on WMT I will get an error message: "Connection not working please create!"

btw: lima-city db isn't really free, you have to buy a db for 0.99? or via virtual auction, on wich you can bid with forum posts or something ... whatever, it's not that easy anymore

Are there any plans to use a iPhone app ?
Or make a option to host the application on the web server thus, all functions online ? ( Not sure if u mean that by homepage)
But most here have a mysql server, thus might be able to host the app online.
So u can chat and use all functions from own web server?

there is a new Version of the Plugin and Monitor (Not the app atm, i will update it soon).

New Features:

• Accept Group invites over the Monitor
• Accept Guild invites over the Monitor
• Class and Spec is shown
• Race and Gender
• Picture of the Faction (Horde or Alliance)
• Invite player in group over Monitor
• Leave group over the monitor
• Create new whisperchannel over the Monitor
• Loottab (not 100% working yet i will have a look)
• Guildtab is only visible if your are in a guild
• New tab (Party if you are in a party)
• New Tab Battleground
• Leave Guild over the Monitor
• Show current map with position (this take some seconds to plop up so just wait after press the menubutton)
• Show on which realm you are
• Show your current position
• Show how many bagslots are free and how many you have in total

Upcoming Features:

• Show how many gold you have
• Send Emotes
• Show Questlog
• Show last 5 Achievements you got
• Show your current health
• Show your current Power (Mana, Focus, Rage or Energy)
• many many other thinks which comes in my mind .......

As an additional feature - would it be possible to add streaming log from HB itself?

Tried to connect with it now - and the watcher crashed with the following windows error View attachment blsInGuild.txt

did you first update the plugin ?
I will put in a versioncontrol to prevent such things

Right - re-did it, installed WMT (1.3.2c) again as plugin, rebooted HB started everything, still "same" issue... (just tells me the version is wrong and shuts it down) might it be the tables being from old version as well? and it read from the DB I assume? checking version. I tried to create tables again, but just tells me they already exist, any way to delete the tables? so I can re-create them - without actually needing to manually go into the db and remove them?

 

What does the plugin say when you enable the plugin ? Is there everything ok ? Just the error when you start the Monitor programm ?

don't have the log here atm from HB, but everything is okay when I started it, said DB check was OK.
I only get the version error when I press check character list.

At work - so no real IM ability except forums here

I will check again when I get home in 3 hours.

 

are you sure you link both to the same database ? I use the same Version of MwT and it works perfect for me so it is hard to say what could be wrong i could release a new version to skip the Versioncheck just for control. I will post a new Version where a log file be created and please send it to me after that

 

Downloaded and unpacked 1.3.2c at work - tried to connect, crashed.
You mentioned version update on Plugin - went home, closed down HB completely, deleted current WMT folder in the Plugin in HB folder.
Started HB - plugin says everything is OK on HB log.
Go back to work - start MwTUpdater insert DB info. (Tried to create tables, but got fail as they already existed)
Started Watcher - press connect - says Connected.
Press 'Update Charlist' get Wrong Version popup ( Wrong Version: Please enable the plugin first to update the DB!!) then it closes down.
