We still need a max powerup and the Max CP doesnt really help if the pokemon isnt fully evolved, anyway to account if the pokemon is fully evolved even if it isnt?

It depends on how much time a day running the bot. There is a limit of Pokemon 2000, and 1000 pokestopov per day. Divide the number of hours of work. I have 60 Pokemon and 40 pokestop. Powered daylight hours ~ 12-14 hours.

its happened like this in log..
only can do loot pokestop.. i cant catch pokemon... already 3 days not using bot..
..

and my character only walking, and walking neglecting catching pokemon near him.
already change loot pokestop setting to 90 , skippokemon catch 90, and skip pokeball 160
