If I'm not mistaken both Apoc and Hawker have contacted kasia about him/her posting up other people's projects and disrespecting the original authors by not including their name, or intentionally spelling them incorrectly. He/she's been given 24 hours to either remove the uploads or correct the disrespectful issues [or else]. So, I wouldn't worry too much.
