The only custom thing I am using is my unstuck plugin that will not interfere with this; I will turn it off though. Could you give me the internal conditions that will trigger this coroutine? I assume when toon is near flightmaster and hasn't already learned this node, coroutine is started? I intend to build a profile that will walk past some flightmasters and see if couroutine is triggered. Is there any distance condition as well?
It is just when they are nearby (i.e. in the object manager) with a new flight point available. The specific checks are the ones I gave you last time to check in the console.
Hi MaiN, this issue still occurs with Navigability = Unknown but seems to be solved when I close and restart HB. Do you have any idea why this occurs?

Hi MaiN, you are right it's not fully clean. As I cannot reproduce it and I have not the slightest idea what could cause it. Could you share your opinion what will cause navigability to be unknown so I might get an idea how to reproduce and solve it.

HB is not using flight path, tries to runs through elite and dies over and over again. This log doesn't show all the dieing stuff
It is possible that it is because you are using a German client. You IP shows that you are posting from Germany, and as you know, Questing is not supported in Germany. Seems you are using a workaround, which we do not support. It is up to the devs if they'd like to help you or not.
