This is totally my fault.

I eliminated a confusing warning message by updating a LegacyGet*() method. In the process, I failed to catch one of the return values from the updated functions.

The fix is sitting in Nesox's inbox at the moment, and hopefully will be available in the next drop.

I can't offer a UseTransport patch, because the problem is not in UseTransport, but the HBcore itself.

since the goldshire fp generally offers a quest as well as the fp, it's an issue w/ hb not knowing to 'click' the fp button

 

Yeah it also slightly bugged out when - taking a FP from SW. It kept running back an forth - but I just lent it a helping hand and its carrying on merrily.

 

doesnt loot and doesnt even have an "Loot mobs" option anywhere?

Click 'Settings & Tools' and scroll down. The Looting options are bottom left of the window (or just maximise it to see all the settings options at the same time).

 

the option doesnt even exisit, thats my problem, the only option im presented with is "ground mount farming mode"

 

In settings and tool you have to check advanced options.

 

I'm having a little bit of a perplexing issue.

Had been using the previous HB to ver. Honorbuddy_2.0.0.5097 but both started doing/did the same thing. Never had it do this before. In fact, I've had few issues with any of the versions of HB, that I've been using for what I use HB for, which basically is just questing and using gb2 for mat gathering. ANd it does this no matter what profile I'm using in GB2.

What I do:
I load HB after logging in to wow. I set HB to GB2 then load the profile which is in a separate folder than HB as is my Mesh folder. I set the setting to 1 hr, adjust the height modifier to -20 ( the profile I use flys to high for my taste). Set it to herb , set it to loot mobs. Only running the default plugins.

What it's doing is:

After about 20 min, it simple shuts down. Sometimes it's just the wow client and other times, it's both HB and the wow client.

There is no crash file in my wow error directory, so it seems it wasn't a legit crash.
I had all my addons disabled, so they weren't loaded on the toon. I do have wow set to windowed but have it stretched open a bit.
I am using [GB2] Zuabros' Uldum Herbalism Only 1.3 profile with Fpsware Hunter cc. to herb with.
I am using either (A)Znuff's Twilight Highlands Ore Run v1 or GB2_Twilight Highlands v2.0Horde to mine with.

As I looked through the log file I see this " HarvestHerbs: False" yet I know I set it to only herb and it is harvesting herbs. 20 min,though and it shuts down.

The newest HB was a full clean install.

Any suggestions/ideas/help?

 

There seems to be a regression with ProfessionBuddy. With 5104 I tried several profiles and I only managed to get the skinning profile to work. With the flying mining/herbing profiles the bot is just standing around and spamming update log messages. I also tried this profile http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorb...b]-[]-mining-engineering-fully-automated.html and the bot is just stutter-flying upwards in SW. I went back to 5097 and just tried out that Mining/Engineering profile again, it seems to work flawlessly now. I'll probably try out those other profiles later or tomorrow morning with the older version.

 

Sometimes when using archbuddy my toon descends and runs with the flyinh mount.. when i stop the bot and restart it goes good again and dismounts and walks when needed. Anyone else had this kinda behaviour?

 

i've found an issue within the "killuntilcomplete.cs" within the quest behaviors folder that has been giving me a real headache with profiles. inside it still uses "curse of agony" to identify me as a warlock, changing it to "bane of agony" has removed alot of problems for me

 

This is fucking annoying, shrinks to the taskbar one day and won't come back, doesn't the next, no idea what causes it. Obviously today it is shrinking there and not coming back up. The start stop and exit buttons will still show, and work fine, I can run HB in the last mode that it was in, but the main window will not popup for me to change anything. I am running dual monitors if that is any clue, but I have had this for years. Win7 64 if anyone has any clues I'm all ears.

Is there a config to always make the window stay ontop ? Maybe that will help.

i remember when i had dual monitors before upgrading to a 3d one that there was a bit of software that aloud you to move, spead across both screens and pin windows to the desktop. unfortunatly i can't for the life of me remember what its called, considering it was a year ago i'm not surprised i can't remember but meh i will at some point , have you tried disabling one monitor and seeing what that does. might be a .net hatred of the second monitor.

Yes, played with everything. I have got it to work for one session now, complete reboot, start wow, start HB, works fine. try starting another wow and Hb and goes to hell again. 2nd HB sits at shared sessions 2/3 and progresses no futher

getting a little annoyed since this has run perfect for 12 months, only happening last 2 builds.

EDIT: stopped HB, loaded new profile, started HB, shrank to taskbar, can't get it back up at all

EDIT: If I start wow on my main monitor and HB on my second monitor it seems to work fine. This is however not the way I have been running it for the last 12 months, I could start either anywhere without problems. Currently using DisplayFusion for my dual monitor control, anyone suggest anything else ?

I use Ultramon for dual monitors. I don't have the problem your having using win 7 x64 but i am not saying it's because i use Ultramon. Might just want to take a look at it though.

 

Okay I must be a real tard.

First I had an issue that the bot wouldn't herb or anything for more than 20 min. So Tony comes alone and tells me that I needed to install this version since I was using the one immediatly previous to this one. TY Tony

Ok so I install this one into a complete folder of it's own, Log into wow, start HB and log into it, set all my setings, using grind bot, load the profile (in this case a skinning one) Infantryz Twilight Highlands Skinning, Set my cc up (using Felmaster CC since it was a loc I was trying to use for skinning). Hit start, toon runs to a spot, targets mob and just stands there like a blooming idiot. Won't engage taget. It hasn't mattered if I make sure I start HB as Administrator or not, it hasn't mattered if I restart HB and choose the defalt CC, It just stands there.

ANd HOW in the heck do we use this new fangled thang to make a profile! Wiki has the old system help area, nothing on this new Developer tools way of things.

I have tried downloading the new HB, and I keep getting a CRC error every time it comes down. Any ideas?
