Is the bot suppose to be opening caches now? I had my bot open the cache in town then get stuck in an infinite loop trying to go to stash to dump but then turning back to pick up items.
This code works for EZUpdater. The one you posted seemed to have tags that weren't consistent with others included in the original settings file. <Repository> <Kind>Profile</Kind> <Name>Rifter</Name> <RepoName>Rifter</RepoName> <RepoURL>http://nwl-svn.googlecode.com/svn/</RepoURL> <Enabled>true</Enabled> <LastUpdate>0001-01-01T00:00:00</LastUpdate> </Repository> *Edit* - your Rifter files should go into the profile directory right, not plugin?
The only time it would ever happen is if it get's to a level that has the town stone and has explored everything on that level, making it completely stuck. The only way I could make it correct that is if it went back a level, but that could make things complicated. Might be something I do in the future, but for now Id rather it reset then stand there doing nothing. So you just got pretty unlucky with the first one, try another.
Hey NWL, I just ran EZU to get everything up to date and I'm having an issue: Same four lines, over and over again. It opens a rift but doesn't actually enter, just stands there looping those commands.
Try fresh install, spam loading profiles is an issue I've actually been having with a few profiles I've been testing and fresh install seems to fix it.
This happened on level 1. Bot explored roughly half the map before getting to town stone. Tried a couple more rifts since then. Hasn't had the same problem yet. I'll update if I see this as a persistent problem, or if its endemic to a certain map.
Okay I actually just figured out why I believe. It seems randomly Trinity just completely skips over the explore tag right into the tags that are meant to correct itself, such as the town stone lines. I am unsure if that is an error on my part or Trinity itself yet but I am looking into it. I want to say it's Trinity though because it seems to do it extremely randomly, it just happened to me in the middle of level 2 without an exit or townstone around for a super good distance.
Just put out an update on this Rift profile, so gonna be messing with it for probably most the night to get it in a semi-working order based on peoples reports. I probably won't get around to updating the Hellfire profile until tomorrow. Though I was just running it earlier and as was a friend, if you use Trinity 1.8.22 it should work for you no problem.
I have been having some problems with Trinity / DB, did the following fresh install and everything works fine for the 2 profiles I run. Profiles :- 1. Rifter - Bots for rifts 2. three musketeers Steps :- 1. DB installer v1.01779.352 (you can run the update on this) 2. Trinity 1.8.21 3. EZupdater 0.1.6 In DB, only tick Questools and Trinity under Plugins TAB I hope this help you guys.
Sorry, please add the bolded line in to the first post. This will make it specific to Rifter. Then, if you want to use EZUpdater for your other projects, you can do things like: <Repository> <Kind>Profile</Kind> <Name>Gold and XP</Name> <RepoName>Gold and XP</RepoName> <RepoURL>http://nwl-svn.googlecode.com/svn/</RepoURL> <SourceDirectory>trunk\Gold and XP</SourceDirectory> <Enabled>true</Enabled> <LastUpdate>0001-01-01T00:00:00</LastUpdate> </Repository> or same with Realism.
NWL, seems like the latest trinity updates of all is giving me problems like "We think we found the last level, switching to full clear to make sure boss spawns." at every single map it goes. It will just roam around the map forever even it has found the portal to the next level. Advice?
I just did a completely fresh install (nice that bounties and rifter are now in /Profiles instead of /Plugins) but it's still looping the profile. Any other suggestions?
Yeah I'm going to talk to Rrrix about this whenever he comes around to see if it can get fixed. It appears to still semi work even after that happens though. It will switch to full clear and once that tag is finished loop the full worldid check and start from top, so it looks for the exit again. If it drops that tag again though it can get stuck in that loop for a while. Though it appears to correct itself after the first time. Take settings folder out of Trinity folder, delete the entire Trinity folder and drag a new one in, then drag your settings folder back in and open DB up. Make sure to reenable Trinity and then see how that goes.
Seems to be working now, I trashed the entire Rifter folder and updated the EZUpdater.xml settings to match the one posted above (so it doesn't include your other projects), let it redownload and now everything seems to be working.
Yeah, so it will actually fully explore the entire map before heading on to the next level which could be abit time consuming. Hopefully this get fixed soon!
