Just wanted to show off my new looting method, so I did a stress test and put alot of crap (which was still covered by my loot rules) on the ground and gave it a go. S'looking very good Am hanging on to 1.2.6 until you release with the new looting, looking forward to it! (though atm I'm wrestling with the fact my Diablo 3 clients seem to be freezing up or "not responding" far, far more frequently than they ever have before since the last couple of DB updates, though this is no fault of your routine I'm sure! )

Just to let you know, tried your latest version (1.5.6, trunk 14 on SVN) - working amazingly. Looting, from watching for 10 minutes on three bots, seems to be very efficient and hasn't missed anything yet, with the exception of teleporting to town to empty backpack - upon coming back through the portal (after stashing/salvaging etc.), ignored leftover loot on floor and teleported straight back to town again and finished the run. Not sure if this is part of the core of DB or not, or if there's anything you can do about this (some sort of final "over-ride" check before exiting a routine to check for nearby items that match pickup rules?). Still, the new looting system seems to have fixed all the early issues with your new 1.5.x versions, and definitely works better & faster than the older plugin versions, really appreciate all the work & time you've putting into this!
Inrego: Any idea why my monk will leave the game before collecting drops? I updated to 160.. Edit: nevermind I just changed the pick up rules... I guess yours aren't working?
Actually, that version don't have my item looting yet - only my gold looting. Oh and I finished adding blacklisting.. It's just hard to test properly since I never have looting problems I'll commit and we'll see
Yes the rules is the problem! I put the last default rules of Demon buddy 16 and works....the old rules seem to be incompatible?
Ah yes. In 1.5.x I actually check the loot rules for gold. I guess that's not actually needed, since the amount from loot rules aren't being taken into account anyways. I'll remove it I've made a fix for this - although I'm still testing it. When it went back to town (and left the loots behind) did you notice if the log said something about this run had taken 40s, so forceleave was initiated?
I have 2 common problems when running my Monk: 1) When a cellar is not found, and will being to cast 'town portal' but he doesn't actually cast it. He sits there like he is summoning it but nothing happens, he wont actually begin to recast it unless he is hit from a mob. 2) Often times my guy just stops working, sometimes its after looting and he wont TP back to base and will sit there for 10 minutes. I have no idea what is causing this
You mean it's going to get even BETTER than what I got from your SVN? Ace! The last version I tried was I think your first, maybe 2nd "public" release of your whole new 1.5x version, and it was either collecting all gold fast and ignoring all items, or getting "stuck" in one place constantly loot-rule-matching gold and an item over and over. [01:58:05.077 V] Switched state to ForceLeave (and it ignored a blue item and a tome that were still on the ground) Also random question, does your plugin ignore the loot/kill radius settings, or force them to different values? I only ask because no matter what I do, every time I start DB those values are set either to 100-100, or 100-20 (seemingly at random), rather than saving whatever I put in.
Yup, it just got better. And I fixed the problem with not looting after town runs. About your question. My plugin forces those values, yes.
1) I've no idea. 2) I fixed it on the SVN. Either get it from there or wait for my next forum upload.

Followed your instructions, but when I try and update, it adds 2 rar files, a .cs.mine file, and doesnt update the original .cs file any clue? Fixed spammy gold looting by increasing radius gear
Delete all files and folders inside the SarkothFarmer folder (except for .svn, but that folder is hidden) and do a new update.
The newest plugin is doing great! now my only problem is blizzard being cheap asses with the server and it constantly lagging, especially during looting.
