      Thx for all comments here,

      my situation gets better now, my mood warms up, and i haven't mentioned the word "newb" in the last 40 mails since.

      You didn't use "newb" but what about noob or nub... lol

      i dont think theres anything wrong with the support. ppl are also lacking a certain level of common sense or not providing enough info for the support.. or they understands wrong what they are asked for. Almost every day i see a posts on this forum asking questions where the answer is clearly stated on the forums. probz because they are too lazy / "noob"ish to find the answer. they could be friendlier thought, but if you ask tons of times for same thing and not provide enough info for sure they are losing their patience too.
