cLx, My apologies for the issue and thanks for the log file. That is a known issue occurring only in the last release for Shaman prior to learning their first talent. It is fixed in the next release. Prior to then you should downgrade to the prior release for the first 10 levels. Thanks again and good luck with your shaman, Bobby53

Is this normal DS or LFR?....I have no problem in LFR. But I'm geared enough to start healing normal 10/25 DS. I'd like others opinions on its performance in normal Dragon Soul.

sscgod, Yes, glad you are seeing the benefits of work done in the lastest release. A list of changes is provided when I post a new release in the post announcing its availability, in post #3 of this thread, and in the CHANGES.TXT included in the .ZIP file you download. 4.5.16 which is the most recent release contains a number of fixes that improve performance. Hey there. I'm having a little problem with leveling a shaman. This has only happened on this low level shaman and not my 85. Thanks for your time!

Shamans Location: Ammen Vale

What should have happened (be specific): Not stopped while casting.

What did happen (be specific): I just started this shaman a few minutes ago and when she's casting, she'll stop after a few casts even if the target isn't dead. The log says "An Exception occured. Check debug log for details."

System time of issue (log time stamp): 12:11:51 AM

 

is this cc using cleanse on vampiric touch, flameshock and affliction ?

if yes, how can i change it.

 

dazdnconfusd3356, My apologies for your issue and thank you for the extremely well written post. You are encountering a known issue that was unfortunately introduced with the last release. Immediately following this post you'll see a new version of ShamWOW has been posted that addresses your issue. Upgrade to release 4.5.17 and it should work well. Download new release from Post #1 in this thread as usual.

Contains a number of fixes as well as some improvements. Read the Change History below to familiarize yourself with what is present. A couple items did not make it in that were planned, but I couldn't see delaying this release further.

Of Note... Spirit Link Totem, smoother Telluric Currents and casts at low mana levels, and separation of Party and Raid healing spell configuration (no more having to reconfigure when you run a Heroic after Raiding!!!)

Additionally, some of the issues preventing Elemental and Enhancement specs from attacking mobs on the LFR Boat or Deathwing's Back should be resolved.

I have also changed the healing setup preset buttons somewhat. If you Heal at 85, be certain to try out in a Heroic AND a LFR first before other use.

- change- Resto: Rolling Riptide and Earth Shield made higher priority

- *new* - Resto: Group Healing configuration now has separate columns for Partys and Raids.  This allows you to keep a set of values for use with Heroics and another for Raiding, requiring less changes to config before use.

- *new* - Resto: more control over Telluric Currents.  Now supports casting at low mana levels and also fewer cancelled Lightning Bolt casts.

- *new* - Resto: support Spirit Link Totem.  See the Group Healing tab

- *new* - Resto: default values for Raid usage will relie more upon Chain Heal and Healing rain

- *new* - Resto: Raid "Let It Rain!" healing preset button added which sets values to max out healing at the risk of running out of mana.  Useful for Raid Healer usage only

- *new* - Resto: Raid "Tank or Party" healing preset button added which sets values to focus on healing individual targets rather than AoE.  Useful for specific raid strategies or tank healing.

- change- Elemental/Enhancement:  offhealing support disabled when Off-Heal % is set to 0.

Bobby my friend, I would be wrong to think that ShamWOW supports RaidBot? If so, is RaidBot support something you'd be considering in the future?
