[PAID] Sharp Messenger - Monitor your Honorbuddy toons via Jabber!

You've found a bug, however it only occurs directly after initial Sharp Messenger configuration. After HB re-start everything works as it should. Nevertheless I will fix it asap.

 

Just tried the free "IM+ Instant Messenger" from the Windows Store on Windows 10. It kicks balls with Sharp Messenger!

 

Could you add an function that says from what i was Killed?

 

This was already suggested by someone however the HB API is not giving me the information so I can't get it after the event is fired.
However if you have an idea how to do this then no problem ;-)

Hey so quick question. i purchased this a while back. when you had to use the website. Is there a way to move the license from that one to the buddy store? or is it still available on the website for those of us who were pre buddystore.

 

You can get the buddy store key by contacting me via the old website and sending me your transaction details (including your name, user name and e-mail).

 

When i use shutdown he is shutting down but no Message that he is shutting down. Some Time ago i got a message.

And sometimes honorbuddy gets an error message and wow is closing but pc isn´t shutting down.

 

Ok, could you record what you describe into a log file and attach it here?

Love the addon, excellent work - couple of things if I may though - 30 EU is quite a lot, perhaps consider dropping it down to 20EU like most good things in the store? Also, could we have a "/y" "yell" function added to chat please?

Thanks! If it comes down to 20EU, you got a sale, I just can't quite bring myself to spend 30 on this right now, sorry. It is excellent though!

ok so this plug in is amazing for sure. You have control of the bot from your smartphone which is huge. it gives you guild messages / whispers straight to your smartphone so you can reply back and make you look like a real player. you can restart it from the phone which fixes 90% of the bot's problems. You can do status checks whenever you want to make sure the bot is still running. check inventory always helpful to know that its going smooth.

my problems that i'm having with it is i go into settings and i turn off push deaths since i'm doing bg farming so the bot will die a lot and i get a ton of emails of screenshot. I disabled it and I still get the messages. It constantly reminds me of the remote google user disconnecting from chat after it sends the message to my local google users about 5 minutes later i'll get a disconnect messages. I'm not exactly sure how to load a profile from the phone. I copy the path from the bot and type /profile <profile> without the <> of course and nothing. also how do you get it to load profiles from the buddy store?
for those suggesting a price change in the product I do agree with them a bit but this plug in does do a good job. I would like to see it go down to 20 USD$ anything less than that is too cheap. well made.

I will take a look into your problems asap. Loading profiles from store is currently not possible however s.th. like /profile C:\profiles\yourprofile.xml must work.

According to your settings (ScreenshotOfDeath = True) the option to send a screen shot when you die is still enabled. Please disable it to prevent sending screen shots on each dead event. This should work OK.

The disconnect messages are being pushed when the user is reported to be not in game anymore. So for example shortly after you are dead in BG. If you disable the "push on disconnect" option everything should be fine. Please note: This not a message about disconnecting your from Gmail.

 

yeah thats what i figured the disconnect meant was from changing zones or from leaving a bg. i turned that push off and it works.
I didn't realize I had the screenshotof death on i also turned that off and i'm not getting no more emails of my deaths. so that works fine now too.
thanks for clearing up the correct way of loading profiles. loading buddystore profiles would be a very nice addition but still amazing.
