If you research a bit you will find out that a shoutbox is always the main security risc in a forum. So maybe you should think twice about the Chat room before its to late
In what ways is it a security risk? A risk to the members or the site itself? I've never heard of chats having security problems before. Come to think of it... I mostly only used mIRC
To the members becouse they could get your passwords. Thats also the reason why you should always use different passwords. ( if a hacker has one password+mail , he would also have your paypal, ebay, wow passwords ) but I didn't want to panic. Just wanted the mods to check that shoutbox carefully about security riscs.
