Stuck at Logging In

Any idea what the problem might be specifically so I can ask them to fix it?

 

we're not network engineers, im sorry but theres nothing we can do.

 

Sorry I just figured if you guys knew it was a problem with the network you might know what the problem might be since you deal with this stuff all day. I have no idea what to do otherwise.

 

we do, but in a consumer environment, we have no clue how or whats going on or how that network your on is setup so we have no idea how to or what to tell them to allow it to work.
