      In my opinion all of these problems are caused by the really terrible business plan of making the bot available forever for a 1 off payment. I know if you made the bot pay monthly again, for like 10 Euros a month, you would have bags of money to find the right developers and keep the bot running in a professional way. My belief is that the bots development has been cut down to keep the costs as low as possible and that is why we are all now suffering.

      One off payment is a horrible way to run this bot and it will die horribly very soon if its not changed. There are so many ways that Blizz could fuck with you now by changing things weekly in the game code to mess with your developers. I hope you will come up with a plan fast!

      When you sell a product you are expected to stand behind it and support it.

      If they are having issues that they're having trouble fixing, they should take the store down and stop selling copies.

      Limited on developers you say... Think maybe it's time to STOP focusing on facebook games and a bot for a dying game (D3) and make this bot a priority? It must have the most users by a lot... So why not put everyone on this until it's fixed????? Poor poor management!

      Currently the bot is unusable, can't even get past the log in. I've done a fresh install for the 50th time in the last 8 weeks and I refuse to post anymore logs until management convinces me this is a priority in their eyes. Plus a number of people have already posted logs for this issue. It's time to seriously consider bringing in someone new to manage this upgrade.

      Well, looks like that having paid my annual subscription no later than 2 days ago, I might have entered once again in one of the most fabled condition known to buyer: the "if you don't read the forum first, then fuck you, you deserve it" :)

      Jokes aside, I sincerely hope this is just a temporary issue, because I have been briefly able to log in this morning, and then nothing at all.

      Is there any ETA? :)

      Do you realise that we payed for a service that isnt working?
      They guarantee full access and 24/7 support.
      If I didn't know better, they fail @ their warranty.

      And if in Germany a company breach its warranty, you must get your money back.


      An now think about that.
      If 50.000 guys see it my way and want their money back due to the breach of warranty.
      Thats 1.249.000 ? (and I think there are way more customers than 50k that bought honorbuddy.)
      than you realise that 24,98? is much and they better go to work and try to fix it.

      As dumb and enerving this is, i guess most of the people complaining wouldn't want to work a full weekend to fix this either. the devs did a good job so far, and hearing you guys who probably made millions of gold using this bot is not moralizing in any way. stop complaining or start your own project thats gonna farm and level your toons. sell it and make it work ALWAYS. I'm pretty sure this is not the first company you're having this problem with. if you have played CoD:BO in the first few weeks after the release you would know what's a REALLY bad moral towards giving a complete product. i still appreciate this bot a lot, and i honestly hope youre gonna get it working again soon!

      actualy i do, because they are not giving you a product for free, and 20 euros its 20 euros, its money and if you count how many people here as payed that amount of money (others even more) yes i expect more way more.

      If it's networking engineers you need, i've recently finished a Cisco CCNA course towards my university degree (which i passed very very well) & would be more than happy to help manage networking equipment remotely during weekends if it could/would help?

      Would be willing to do it for free (would be more than happy if you'd be willing to provide a reference or something for future prospects?)

      Will forward a copy of this post to Bossland of course.

      As a Lifetimer i can say i had 2 years with some minor troubles :)
      This is a little set back put then again so is all the MOP expantion :p
      I know alott of mine guildy's are starting botting now because the game has become boring (and maybe mine example)....
      So i can imaging that with the increasement the server load is overwhelming (and dont forget Blizzards DDos attacks) :p

      So for me its time to focus on mine RepRap 3D printer and leave the game alone for a week orso :)

      I just want a ETA on it been fixed so I can go do something outside maybe... I know they will fix it, just I would like to be kept in the loop. But all the bitches QQ about a little downtime, go do somin ells. have a wank, wash the car i duno go kill your next door neighbour. just stop with all the prima donna you sound like little chrildren

      i just bought this bot last week and its absolutely amazing , its quite unfortunate with the servers but i hope everything will get better in the short future!!

      I'm not a bitcher, but, I work 6-6 monday to friday, my mum work some days during the week and weekends. she works less hours than me but none the less, an almost elderly lady is working weekends. why cant developers?

      Wilbo - STOP IT - You're making yourself look like a complete idiot. There is currently an issue on the server side - this has already been posted by the HB team. At this point, there is absolutely NOTHING to be achieved by sending more logs and a fresh install isn't the solution. Next time, please take a few minute to read through the entire thread before posting a response. You're not helping anybody at this point.

      Very reassuring. Almost sounds like its never coming back. Just release a non server side.
