I die a lot on my ret pali on this profile. 83 ret, decent gear. Last night i got 300 nodes gathered and 22 deaths. Any ideas? Nevermind, it was all about the gear. I upgraded to all redsteel or whatever the crafted stuff is for my pali and it's been golden. Ran this till my bags were full, didn't get stuck once or get attacked by any mobs. Pretty quick and easy farming for both Elementium and Pyrite, love it!

Is this zone like Hyjal where if you don't do all the quests you will not get a lot of ore because of phasing? Ran this profile it did 2 passes and only hit 3 nodes.
