5 minute parse on Raider Training Dummy, Marksman, ilevel 487: - Tuanha - 65k - Singular - 67k - Not casting Rapid Fire/Stampede/Murder of Crows, is casting Misdirection. Singular is making more damage because it is casting more Steady Shot and therefore getting more Master Marksman buffs and uses Aimed Shot much more often. Also this is target dummy so always above 80% health and Aimed Shot hits harder above 80%. No other MM CR's exist that I know of. MM is going to be a little tricker for you I think. My notes: - CR did not use Readiness. Might be looking for a spell to be on cooldown that does not exist? - Currently CR prioritizes Chimera Shot over Steady Shot and therefore misses most Steady Focus buffs. I think more Steady Focus up time would turn out more DPS. Ex: If SteadyFocus != True /cast Steady Shot elseif SteadyFocus is up && focus is > X && Chimera Shot is not on cooldown /cast Chimera Shot elseif SteadyFocus is up && focus is > X && Chimera Shot is cooldown /cast Arcane Shot - CR did use: Rapid Fire, Stampede, Murder of Crows on Burst. - CR always catches "Fire!" proc for Aimed Shot. Short story is I think prioritize Steady Shot to keep Steady Focus up as much as possible and get Readiness working.
1. Yeah, Readiness need recode, I was code it for BM and it not working as intended for other spec. 2. It ok to steady shot just to keep Steady Focus event if you are about to cap focus?
I think Steady Focus priority over focus dump. 25% haste, more chance for Master Marksman proc, more Aimed Shot chances. Steady Focus is 20 (?) second buff. Should not run into focus cap too often. I can try it by hand but it will not be consistent results. You may have different results but for me Singular seems to be prioritizing Steady Shot and making more non-durst DPS.

Thanks tuanha, great work! Is it me or does the toon now target other faction when questing? I was watching the toon killing some mobs and then suddenly started hitting another hunter that was farming also (didn't hit me first).

I keep getting this error when trying torecall a preset config: File not exists: "my path"\Routines\TuanHAHunterOpenBeta\Preset\TuanHA Hunter Defaut PvP.xml Load TuanHA Hunter Defaut AFK PvP from a file fail. I fail also with other preset not only the PVP one. Maybe u're already know about it or maybe not, I posted it cause we're into beta versions and I suppose u need to know as much as possible about errors atm.
Check the file "Routines\TuanHAHunterOpenBeta\Preset\TuanHA Hunter Defaut PvP.xml" exists in the path? If not clear all and install + svn update again.
My fault, I names the folder: "TuanHA Hunter" and not TuanHAHunterOpenBeta Later I'll try it with some PVP as well. I wait for the donor edition like the pala one ^_^ GJ
BM lvl 85 questing in jade forest, in general, it's a little bit slow and tentative with the pulls. that might be a number of factors (mostly gear though), the rotation when it moves along, seems effective, but it feels quite sluggish to engage multiple mobs (also perhaps due to range attack settings being pushed via profile) i can't put my finger as to why, i believe i was using rev, 68 at the time, it's now up to ... rev 81. i'll give it another try today. let's see, after watching on and off for a while, i had a few ideas... i don't think mend pet/fetch is being used pre/post-combat. (i do need to carry more food though.) if i have the pet set for tenacity, ferocity, etc. is that electing to use a lead-in time before auto-fire engages ? sometimes it doesn't appear to be auto-shot firing or using scatter shot/kill shot/bestial wrath. and, if kill command relies on HB sending back mob stats at it's own pace, perhaps the CR should use an educated guess of current TTL, using the DPS/HP during combat, and try to use KC earlier, at 28% or 26% ? /shrug. IDK. this might already be in the CC, and i haven't noticed it. overall, great.

I don't know if the rotation can be improved, but I cannot out DPS the CR by hand right now on the training dummy. Some ideas for additions: - Include single target Explosive Trap toggle (may see small dps increase). - Include Potion use like Virmen's Bite in Burst logic. Been running it on my lvl 72 hunter, leveling using Kick's. It seems to be very... slow at picking targets and engaging them, then moving to and looting. Not sure if this has to do with your CC or not but I know it's different than from when I was using a BM singular remake.
Thank LowRes for testing. New revision 82: Improved Markmanship DPS, way better than old build and now I'm confident that MM spec dps on par with other CC. Can anyone help me on the logic that interrupt enemy capping flag please. Currently the logic working like this: If someone channeling "Capturing" combat routine will: Multi Shot if you have enough Focus Arcane Shot if focus is low The problem is I can not find the "Capturing" spell ID therefore it ONLY work in English client. If you can provide: "Capturing" spell ID or "Capturing" name in other non-English client, I'll add it to CR. Well you help me and your rated battleground team will love you next
New revision: Markmanship getting close to perfection Add Explosive Trap toggle on the MM rotation (you can enable/disable it in GUI too) The logic work like this: If you have Glyph of Explosive Trap - 119403 - it will not use (as the Glyph only provide knockback, not dps increase) If you fight 1 target or disable aoe rotation, CR alway drop on your current target location (if target is moving, drop in front of him to make sure trap hit) If you fight 3 target and enable aoe rotation, CR will drop on the biggest pack of mobs to make sure you get max dps from that. Same the logic will add into BM rotation soon. Survival do not need that spell because Explosive Trap share cooldown with Black Arrow in single target and in AoE there's better logic for Explosive Trap already Please update, test it intensively for me. Arena season has started ^.^
