For me what it seems to be doing is hitting for chi, then chi bursting. It's most likely seeming to sit there because you're using chi wave which has an 8 second CD.
I've updated the SVN (Special Edition) with the new Mistweaver changes - new GUI - and some other bug fixes. I'll start working on the Windwalker GUI and Rotation next. Please let me know of any problems on skype asap CrazyJosh82. Please be aware the default setting buttons dont work for the new GUI yet. Below is my current settings (personal). Tinker with what you wish. Note for Jab to Chi: Do not set this to max chi.
The CC is not using Chi Wave, at all. Very nice GUI though, not sure what the check marks next to the healing spells are for though, unchecking them does not turn off the ability
Which ability(ies) is it not working on? I'll look into Chi Wave. I haven't tested that. *edit* ChiWave fixed. Update.
Tuanha has stated elsewhere that he won't be adding trinket usage/on use effects. It is his belief and mine that these are to be used at specific times during fights for maximum dps which the bot can not determine. If you are looking for something that will just use trinkets/synapse springs/etc. on CD, then there are several plugins that you can download that do just that. I think there is one called Potion master or something, do a search and you should come up with it.
Just tested, the only ability unable to by shut off as far as I can see is uplift, checkmark box not working for uplift, others are fine, not a huge issue.

Have the best talents/glyphs for the new Mistweaver GUI changed at all from the ones in the first post?
Erm. Um.. Yes/no. It now has support for the uplift glyph, and all relevant talents. I've been playing around with Chi Wave over ChiBurst tonight while bug fixing - and finding it rather nice...It does still require the Mana Tea glyph - which will be supported soon without it.
Monk get 5% mana back by using Mana Tea. Make sure you use glyph of mana tea, which is a must for every Mistweaver Also when you low mana, try go get into melee range, bot with switch to Tiger Stance to Jap (which cost no mana in Tiger Stance) and gain Chi then spend those Chi on healing spell like Chi Wave/Chi Burst Mistweaver is really gear dependent, if you have low spirit gear, you will run out of mana really quick. Josh have made an Mistweaver update just now and fixed a lot of mana issue. Cheer.
