I was wondering if anyone has the time to to type up a short guide on how they set up their mist weaver monks through out heroics to raids... Much like mocbar did for the paladin CC. I'm fully aware that people with different gear and such and it is impossible to set up a default setting as Josh has referenced before in other posts. However i found the mocbar guide for settings on the TuanHa paladin CC very very helpful. I know i should be experimenting for my self (which i have been), but by watching what what mocbar changed on his skills over time going from normals to heroics then to LFR/Raids.. i was able to vaguely make my own judgements for my own paladin. I just thought it would be nice to do the same for my monk, if anyone has the time. It would be much appreciated. Even just advice on raid level would be appreciated.
Right. I can understand that. My MW set is roughly around 460-464 and my WW/BM set is roughly around 463-467. I don't remember exactly what they were. I don't feel as though I'm pooling energy all the time, or even sometimes. If anything I feel like I'm waiting to regen energy to do anything at some points. Overall, I feel as though I'm in a sweet spot. I'm never energy capped, nor starved for the most part. This is with all default quick settings and using the build and glyphs on the first post.
467 equipped WW and I seem to be energy starved. Energy regen is at 11.08. 23,312 AP. hit and exp capped.. Not sure how to help this. Should I try Ascension? EDIT: Tried ascension. dps dropped. trying again.
Just found this. Sorry for being annoying. Thank you for the fix. 467 ilevel WW 60k on Training Dummy
I still haven't figured out how to make it not whip my character around with LazyRaider. Not sure if it's a LazyRaider problem or a cc problem. For example, while I'm using it, and I try to move around to the back of a target, the character will do a little loop, trying to face back towards the npc I'm beating on, making it difficult for me to control it when I need to move. This could be a real problem if I used this in a real raid. Is there a way where I can get it to totally ignore direction I'm facing and not move like that? I hope you understand what I mean! A bit hard to explain.
-Bot Config- Check raidbot Like. Disables all movement type stuff. you'll have to manually face the mob. EDIT removed picture. sry
Bah, it still whips me around to face the target even though I just checked that. I guess that's just the way it is or something. If I face away from the target ir turns back around. Basically, I can't keep something targeted and walk away from it. =/ I have to untarget it if I want to move away from it.
Please remove all screenshots that include names. Thank you. just pushed full support for healing Tsulong. Just target him when he's friendly, stand in front of his face, and enjoy.
I'm not sure if this issue has been addressed yet, but when I run the latest version of the donation edition of this CC, when I play MW and fistweave, the bot will continuously try to use tiger palm when I have 1 or more Chi, so it is obviously still under the impression 3 stacks are needed (when it cannot in fact stack higher than 1 now, obviously)
Log attached. It seems to not repeatedly cast tiger palm as I stated earlier, it will cast it about 4 times before it realises I have the buff, then continue as normal.
View attachment 2164 2012-11-29 09.42.txt Could be a flaw from my bot (it do bring me issues with FPS and performances randomly), but it would seem the bot has stopped buffing Did some morning dummy testing to check out my dps since patch. After about 2,000,000 dmg, i realized it hadn't buffed. After exiting combat, getting to max energi - still nothing happened. Minor fix i assume? good day and keep up the amazing on the CR's
