[PAID] Ultimate Ashran - The Intelligent Ashran Helper!

I'm so frustrated as of the past 2 hours trying to get this to work throughout all the exceptions it throws.
I will add you on skype and see if you can't help... I need to cool down and read up on how to even post a log.
I can't tell you how frustrating it is reading through almost 100 pages of these and messing with settings to realize it's probably just broken, then being told to post a log even though I know that's the only way to show what issues are occurring.

I have tried at 2 occasion to get this to work.. no success it works than runs off in the water away from ashran.. you do not get anywhere close to 1000 conquest... I should post a log i doubt it will help by the time i get a fix the free trial will be gone..

You have to be willing to help yourself before we can help you. If you're not even willing to post a log, then there's absolutely nothing we can work off of. Phelon has been known to extend trials due to people not being able to configure correctly.

 

How do I access the trial?

Ashran bot dont run on my pc.
Honorbudday says it starts, but dont do anything, stay on the same Point and kicked out while afk. Dont accept the ashran invite and so on.

 

developer of the product is not approved == this is what im recieving when i try to get this product. any clarification on what is going on would be greatly appreciated

 

We apologize, but due to Bossland's contract not arriving to be signed. Phelon's products are currently in stasis. We are actively working with the HB Team to reactivate the products and have a new contract delivered. We will be refreshing everyone's ability to get a trial once the products are re-enabled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Edit: Everything is back to normal. If this interfered with your trial please post here and we'll make sure it's reset for you.

Edit 2: We are also waiting on the devs to fix the Ashran Mesh, so once that is done, which should be by next week, the quests should be fixed as well.

 

The plugin that would walk me to get the ashran que does not work since the last ninja patch. I haven't tested any farther than that.

 

Nothing works, not even for regular customer.
I have paid for this and you're blocking this service.

Is there any information in the general business terms of Bossland?

Just tested it and everything is working as it should. As I previously stated, the quests are the only issue at the moment and that's due to the team at Bossland not updating the Ashran Meshes. With that said, anyone who is having issues getting this to work will need to post a log. We cannot assist you and figure out the issue if we have nothing to base it off of.

 

Hi there Phelon! Let me start off by saying I might just be retarded so forgive me... But i watched that tutorial video by Panda and it says to make sure both the Ultimate Ashran Plugin AND Ultimate Ashran Botbase be enabled... however after looking on the store I do not see the Botbase... Is it no longer a botbase and solely a plugin now?

Once you either purchase it or enable the trial, restart HB, and it will load the items from the Buddy Store. Click the drop down box to choose a botbase and select Ultimate Ashran. Click Plugins, and make sure it's enabled there as well.

 

Oh so to be clear when you purchase the Plugin, enable it and restart HB it will put the botbase in and the plugin? I was under the impression there were two separate items we had to purchase

 

Only 1 purchase. Ultimate Ashran is a botbase and a plugin. Once you enable it in the store and restart HB, it will then be listed in your Botbase drop down box, as well as the Plugins.
