Please explain why not? If the gold provided into gbank was by bots why wasnt it done earlier, money was taken out earlier, in smaller amounts 10s of thousands to pay for other crap. Why all of a sudden now ? Oh because new accounts, and auto flagged? Your advice is noted, thank you for your in depth thoughts about this situation, +1 more post for you.

      "No Ownership Rights in Account.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN ANY ACCOUNT STORED OR HOSTED ON A BLIZZARD SYSTEM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO SUCH ACCOUNTS ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF BLIZZARD."

You're going to sue them for not letting you play an account that as agreed by TOS, does not belong to you anyway?

That's not taking into account the following

      "Account Suspension/Deletion.

BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY, OR DELETE ANY BNET ACCOUNT OR WORLD OF WARCRAFT ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of this Terms of Use or the EULA."

      Basically.. BL.

Whats golden about this thread is everyone accepts it as status quo... Sometimes status quo is outright wrong.

If you want to sue for the point to be made that they can't squander and manipulate people out of money then you'd have to prove it. Thus why they don't identify what/where/why they investigate. (The legal department/standpoint they use.)

Secondly, You'd have to gain enough support from a community/numbers standpoint. Because 1 case won't make it happen in any court. However, charge-backs...contesting the charges including any per-purchased expansion packs which you got no chance to play would/could be retained. I suggest you have an avid, aggressive and even a lawyer who's your friend personally.

I see this going no where because of the lack of support from others. The others are too weak to see the plausible case here and support it fully. Blizzard has owned all of you... by you accepting that the status quo is "alright/ok" in order to play. I would fight that "Service" model like no tomorrow. They are providing software, which has many man hours put into it, and in that they have worked hard to get where they are through multitudes of trial and error. However the "service" model is how they legally own you and the others not supporting you. It is a product. Hands down. And if you can legally prove it's a product and not a service including up to the connection of the game... you might have a case. Including scanning your computer and recording your gameplay... since it is a product not a service.

The wording in the U.S. legal system is sparse, erroneous and ignorant and favors the rich.

You have to create the case and ensure it's not arguable or deniable. That simple.

Take a good gander at this:

Well, when you agree to the terms and service, you actually agree that they can "steal" you'r money that way. If you did get a lawyer, you would lose no matter what, since you agree that they can ban you for what ever reason they want too.

So in short, for what ever reason anyone gets banned, you agreed that Blizzard could to it.

For more clearification, watch the episode Humancentipad from the series called South Park, it pretty much explains how to works ;)
