A teaser I made. Ignore the quality
CC devs need early copies to ensure their CCs will work. Since there is modification needed to each CC.
Yes I know because of the changed maps and so on. I hope you'll get a beta-key so you can update HB/GB soon after release^^
I have to say in that last preview video with the webcam recording (classic and gets the job done.) that the nav system is amazing. I loved that it was able to navigate tunnels, bridges, and would stay next to cliffs/ledges... I have one question... does it navigate on a bridge over the water the same? One place I can think of is Valliance Keep... which repair process on many bots did NOT work well and would get stuck or lost... I really do think this is amazing thus far just based on the previews.
There's no question Blizzard will step up their efforts. Warden is easily bypassed. My guess is their attacks will be from the client.
after watching all videos i must say thats an amazing work you've done, but i wanna ask something. the nav system always chose the shortest path? Is there any way to choose between shortest or safest path? cause i can see in several ocasions that he runs by risky spots. And been able to chose like a gps device, to chose the style of path would be mad. is this even possible or didnt i made myself clear?! what i mean is a kind of safe navigation mode that stills chose the shortest path but trying to keep a safe distance from edges of meshs. anyway thank you guys!
I mark all roads and give them a lower cost than normal ground. That means that it should use roads many times when navigating. I still need to optimize it a little, but generally I've been happy with it. EDIT: Also, once I add some local navigation (avoiding game objects like signs, Darkmoon Faire etc.), it should also be able to avoid mobs and so. I don't know when these things will be added though.
nice nice - thou i would like to see a teaser of how it handles bridges like thunderbluff and indoor areas? possible? also if interact is there why havent we seen it be used for bgs in cc?

I'll be coming in to ~10 beta keys when the time comes. Just a perk that comes with managing a Futureshop.
