He did not release a bot. He released a program which messed with the games lua engine. It unlocked protected API and blizz does not like when people mess with that. He said that he will not be following warden changes very much so its the users own risk. His bot was almost a CC in blizzards own game, i doubt they want people doing half the work of a bots combat logic within the games own engine.
AIO maybe have more functions now, but security of this bot is horrible. Also AIO is from mimic developers, which was horrible bot, unfortunately i lost 22 acc with 80 lvls on that SHI.T. I never going to use bot without protection again.
I just wanted to say that the questing feature is taking soo long time to develop that it pushes out the space for new features. I defo think the HB coders could do this because they are very skilled, and if they wanted to ofcourse.
I'd love this feature. Instances are a good way to make gold (as well as gear, obviously) and if we could farm them with a bot (up to the limit of 'you have entered too much...' of course) it would also involve less risk as no other player can see what you are up to. I know from multiboxing instances that most of the 'difficulty' is positional - standing in goo, under a laser, feared, etc. that makes it difficult to move your 4 slaves out of the way into a safe area then turn to face the boss again. With a bot controlling them I think it would be a lot more doable. Somehow use DBM-esque features to let your toons know when to stop DPS, target entombed characters, etc. and I think this could be a winner.
Hey all I got a simple Request to make for all the disrespectfull people posting in this disrespectfull post. All of you that speak so good about Aiobot, and all the features it got. Do so on another forum!... No one force you to buy HB/GB. And by the way, have you even compared the prices lawl? Peace
AiO has Chinese Dev's who probably are forced to stay up all night and do these things by the main guy, i think its like the Chinese gold farming industry and chinese labor is cheap over there..
The latest update to HB has included meshes of all instances, so this may be a feature on the horizon. I'd love a bot that will farm instances, like outland ones that give rep that an 80 can solo. Inside an instance you can't be seen by other players, so likely you wont ever get reported. Also, getting the bot to be able to run instances could make for a fast/safe way to level lowbies, just put in some logic to leave lowbie safely behind the main as it kills everything in its path. There are a lot of dungeons I use to boost my own (non bot) lowbies where the lowbies can stand at or near the entrance and still get exp. I sorta did this manually, running a different bot that supports instances on an 80, and manually followed with my 4 lowbies, collecting free exp and rep. Its probably too complicated, but wishful thinking never hurt anyone... Imagine 5 bots farming heroics all day long....
I could see this being a feature, maybe only for solo runs as having a bot in a 5man of real people is kinda.. well.. detectable.
I got a trial for AIObot alot harder to setup but i did get the autoquest to work. Started a level 1 toon and I had to intervene and manually get quests,. I had it setup exactly as tutorial videos instructed. I was not impressed. I am going to try an instance or two with my 80's. So far HB has shined for me. More user friendly and HB2 will be worked out with the hard work they are doing.
