I would not post the link anyways because I believe that the plugins should be available to everyone. 13K downloads where from the previous OLD version before he went pay to use. Bottom line is there is NO support for this plugin and without an updated database the plugin is useless. It shouldn't be kept active if it is not working and it isn't it doesn't dodge most of the attacks because the database is so out of date. This plugin is NOT working and is NOT being supported. A profile is also different than a plugin this plugin depends on the database a profile does not. Once a profile is made it will continue to work this plugin is way different.
You can't post a link because the only place Zekken is available is in this topic. I'm fairly certain that it doesn't meet that definition. It may not be 100% complete, but it's not useless. Again, are you volunteering? Again, it is working, just not to the degree that you're desiring it to, which, while understandable, can be resolved by you updating the database through the methods described in the first post. Profiles are sometimes released with bugs or as incomplete. How is an incomplete database causing this plugin to "not work?" It works, but again, not to the degree you're wanting it to because Neverdyne is busy with other priorities.
Look a profile is way different than this plugin. A profile would not be released that is useless. And I said I would not post a link because I do not support the idea of a paid plugin like that. I won't support this guy being a douche bag and making people pay for something that should be part of the bot in the first place. This plugin IS useless with out the database and doesn't do anything. The database needs to be updated and is part of the plugin. Also when I try to add an item to the database it deletes the database and the database goes back to 1K again This was the entries I was adding Code: <XSpellShape> <Id>4453</Id> <Flags>Cone</Flags> <Flags>ReachMedium</Flags> <Flags>TargetedFromCaster</Flags> <Flags>DirForward</Flags> </XSpellShape> <XSpellShape> <Id>4452</Id> <Flags>Cone</Flags> <Flags>ReachMedium</Flags> <Flags>TargetedFromCaster</Flags> <Flags>DirForward</Flags> </XSpellShape> I start the bot I go to plugins and Zekken and hit compile and poof my whole database is gone! Luckly I backed it up beforehand but every time I go to compile it goes back to 1K again and just has this in it. <?xml version="1.0"?> <ArrayOfXSpellShape xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" /> The plugin is BROKEN! And the ShapeData.bin file comes out to be 0K which should be the compiled version of the Database. Ya real nice plugin. View attachment XDatabase.xml
Zekken was released with the intent of the community filling up the database from the very beginning; from day 1. I even made a video showing people how to do it, and the instructions are listed on the first post. Everyone, from day 1 back in December 2014, knew they were the ones to add spells to the database. This is a free plugin, and has nothing to do with Agil or Lisbeth. I do not have a paid version of this plugin anywhere. This is all the Zekken there is, and from it's very conception since December of last year, users where meant to enter the spells on the database. Many people liked it and found it useful. Just because you don't like how it works it doesn't mean the thread should be archived. Just don't use the plugin yourself.
Ya right Neverdyne you won't support your own plugin without the database the plugin is WORTHLESS Read my post above too I have already tried to add items to the database and it keeps deleting the database! Obviously you didn't even bother to read my other post above this one where I posted the database. The plugin should be archived if it is not going to be supported and the database updated. Without the database the plugin is useless and it just stands in the telegraph area.
As tishat said, there is no point arguing with this guy, just let this thread die. We who understand the idea behind it and embrace how it works can just keep using it and let this guy use something else
This plugin is supported by the Community ...with database updates and other contributions. Going forward "this plugin is dead"-type discussions will be deleted from this thread as off-topic. cheers, chinajade
True to my word, here is my most recent version of the database collection. There are about 103 spells in the database, including most of the spell from FATE leveling 1-50. As soon as flying gets released, I have every intention to continue to allow her to take me some sweet, sweet screenshots to apply those new spell shapes to her database. Thank you for reading, and thank you ChinaJade for re-opening this thread so we may continue using this fantastic plugin!
I haven't been able to get it working with MUD Assist. Probably because I don't use movement mode. Anyone want to give a mini-tutorial on how to make it work?
Made some progress, API for this bot is a little different. But Switched back to Exilebuddy for the time being.
I totally appreciate your work, and was hoping you could fulfill a small request of adding abilities from the mobs farmed on the LW Grinding Profile (link below). Example Deepeye Tears are $1k each (down from $3k just last week) but the paralyze that the Deepeye mobs do last 30 seconds and is incredibly potent. I was monitoring my 115 iLVL dragoon and Rank 12 Healing Chocobo and they always have a tough time, and it's not uncommon for 1 Deepeye to paralyze my guy from 100% to 0%. It's actually kinda funny, but would be amazing to farm these for XP and $1k gil items that sell instantly on the MB. Could you add abilities from mobs on the list grinding profiles? https://www.thebuddyforum.com/rebor...avensward-simple-material-grind-profiles.html
Added all spells contained in this thread and others I've come across. Thus far a total of 178 Spells. If you have added spells please share so we can continue building upon what we have already. Thanks to those that have shared their spells thus far.
Thanks for sharing! For those who feel so inclined to get a nearly-comprehensive list compiled, here are a few tips. I'd do it myself, but I'm so far behind on so many other things as it is. Check here for a list of mob actions that should be considered to be added to the database: http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Category:Mob_Action When looking up IDs/etc. for each spell, you will come across things like this: http://xivdb.com/?search/Bad-Breath You will see the following results: http://xivdb.com/?skill/604/Bad-Breath (Cast Time: 3.0 Seconds) http://xivdb.com/?skill/1036/Bad-Breath (Cast Time: 2.5 Seconds) http://xivdb.com/?skill/2422/Bad-Breath (Cast Time: 6.0 Seconds) http://xivdb.com/?skill/3303/Bad-Breath (Cast Time: Instant) Instant spells cannot be avoided by Zekken, so you would expect to eliminate those. You will need to focus on the ones with cast times. After you compile that list, you will need to find an appropriate mob that casts it, find one in-game and observe the spell itself. If it is a telegraphed attack, it will need to be added to the database if it is not already.
