BW Not Detecting Spent Talent Points

Whenever I fire up BW, it detects my class and advanced spec (Jedi Guardian) however it is not detecting talent points. They are certainly spent.

Can you give me the name of the tree you are specced into please?

Specced into the defense tree.

Unfortunately I don't have a Level 50 Guardian to see if the issue is only affecting toons <50. It has been giving me this error from the first time I botted this toon, which was ~25.
